Independent review before delivery

✓Advertisers remain pending until a LinkCode network reviewer verifies the business.
✓Campaigns and 30-second creatives are approved independently.
✓An approved campaign is not active until its advertiser has enough verified balance.
✓Suspension, rejection, pausing and ad-report decisions remain in an immutable review history.

Funding evidence is not money

An advertiser can submit an external settlement reference, but its balance remains unchanged. Only a finance or admin operator can confirm received funds and append an advertiser_deposit entry.

Publisher settlement

A publisher requests its complete available EUR balance. Included earning rows move to held so they cannot be requested twice. Finance can confirm an external payment reference or reject the request and release the earnings.

Separate LinkCode roles

Reviewer, finance and admin permissions come only from linkcode_network_staff_roles. NaturaNutra, Marketplace and Trust roles do not grant Video Network access. No operator identity is auto-seeded.
