Terms of use

By using LinkCode, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for content you are allowed to share.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your account secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkCode for illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or to interfere with the platform and its users.

Your content

You keep ownership of your links and content. You give LinkCode the limited permission needed to host, display, resolve, and process them to provide the service.

Creator Marketplace

Marketplace participation is limited to adults and may require identity, channel, business, or campaign review. Campaign terms, disclosure duties, content rights, compensation conditions, attribution rules, cancellation terms, and acceptance records are versioned. Creators and campaign owners must provide accurate information and comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and platform rules.

External campaign payments

Unless LinkCode expressly introduces a regulated payment service under separate terms, campaign funds move outside LinkCode. LinkCode is not an escrow service and does not hold or guarantee campaign payments. Owner-reported payment, creator-confirmed receipt, and provider-confirmed payment are distinct statuses.

Ambassador access

Ambassador status and product-access grants are separate. Provisional access can be reviewed, paused, or withheld. Earned access requires documented contribution and independent approval; it is not payment for favorable opinions. Revocation is limited to material terms breaches, fraud, false identity, account transfer, or security abuse, subject to applicable review processes.

Features may evolve as LinkCode grows. We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
