If you cannot access your workspace, reset your password first. If you are signed in and something looks wrong in Studio, include your workspace name, the affected code and the page where the issue happens.

For a code that opens the wrong destination, is paused, expired or unavailable, send the exact code and expected destination. We never ask for your password or private payment details.

For Creator, Pro, Ads, Exchange or Marketplace questions, include the account email and the invoice or checkout reference if you have it. Billing changes are reviewed through the secure account flow.
