We may process account details, the links and codes you create, usage data, and messages you send to support. When a LinkCode is opened, technical signals may include the approximate country, region and city, device and browser information, referrer, campaign parameters, masked network prefix, and automated-traffic indicators.

LinkCode does not store a visitor’s complete IP address in creator analytics. We retain a masked network prefix and rotating one-way hashes to estimate unique activity, investigate abuse, and separate likely humans from bots. Location is an approximate infrastructure-provided inference and bot classification is probabilistic.

We use this information to provide and secure LinkCode, resolve codes, give creators useful analytics, measure campaigns, detect automated or abusive traffic, improve the product, and respond to support requests.

When you participate, LinkCode may process a creator profile, adult attestation, declared channels and audience, applications, invitations, accepted terms versions, deliverables, payment-status evidence, disputes, Ambassador milestones, review decisions, and audit records. Public discovery never exposes private payment references, identity evidence, email addresses, or staff notes.

Detailed click events are designed for limited retention and are deleted or aggregated when they are no longer needed. Security and aggregate records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal reasons.

LinkCode relies on trusted infrastructure providers to host the application, authenticate users, and store product data. We do not sell personal information.
